Understand before choosing the tool
If the problem is not clear yet, no technology will solve it. The process first, the software after.
I am a BFSI account executive, João Francisco’s father, Micheli’s husband and a technology enthusiast. At work, I like it when technology, products and client service fit together.
I started in support and infrastructure, moved through products and projects at companies such as Porto Seguro, Bradesco, GPA and Raízen, and today I work as a BFSI account executive, between technology and business.
I like to take out of the way the work that does not need to exist. Spreadsheets that build themselves, processes that stop asking for a password, information that arrives before the question. Good technology is the kind that gives time back to the people who serve clients.
Outside work, I build systems as a hobby and websites for local businesses. That is where I test ideas, design and code on my own, and where I learn, every week, what a client really needs.
“Health, family, work. Do not reverse the order.”

Every internal task exists to keep client service working. When it stops helping, it changes.
Complexity costs money. It is only worth it when it saves time and avoids rework.
The people who use it need to understand what was done. Explaining is part of the work.
Whether it is technology, client service or an idea that has no shape yet, write to me.
